Gary Rudd founded LED Supply & Fit in 2014, and has been providing electrical services for over 20 years. He has completed hundreds of electrical projects on commercial, industrial and residential premises and has steered the business from a start-up to a national distributor of high-quality LED lighting supplies.

Gary says: “My career has been a real journey – plenty of hard work, ‘blood, sweat and tears as they say, but I’m still climbing and want to push on further.”

His role encompasses a bit of everything, from admin in the office to running the warehouse, carrying out installations, people management, and sourcing of new stock. But he still makes a decent brew and answers the phone – he’d never ask anyone else to do something he wouldn’t do himself!

Out of work, Gary enjoys spending time with his wife, Steph, and their family, as well as office pooch, Fleur. In typical ‘tradesman’ style, he simply takes his tea or coffee in a cup (easily pleased!) and prides himself on seeing a customer smile on completion of the job, making all the hard work worthwhile.

Apparently, something people don’t know about Gary is that he snores (according to Steph!) and his favourite product is the high bay lighting because it gives customers the most significant saving on their energy bills and also offers superior light quality.
